RESCHEDULING POLICY
Happy to reschedule due to unforeseen changes to your calendar, if request received no less than 8-hours prior to scheduled session.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to high-demand for time on our calendar, we do not offer refunds for cancellations, but PricingWire is happy to reschedule (see above).

PRIVACY POLICY
All of our engagements are kept private and maintain strict non-disclosure and confidentiality standards on behalf of our clients.

OUR GUARANTEE
At any point in any scheduled engagement, you are free to cease the engagement and only be responsible for the percentage progress to that point in time.

Example: If 10-minutes into an initial 30-minute Strategy Session, you decide you are not receiving the value you hoped for - just let us know and we will refund the remaining 2/3 of your investment.
