Our Guarantee

Peace of Mind that is Easy to Understand 
 
Just as we advise our clients to offer some form of guarantee to proactively address any perceived risk and improve conversions, our Guarantee is plain, simple and easy to understand.  

  Our Simple Guarantee   
  If you are not completely convinced of the value and benefits we deliver . . .
  simply pay an amount you believe is fair, and inline with the value you received,
  for the final invoice (even if you decide that amount is $0).

Easy Example

Most of our engagements have the following payment structure:

  1. First Invoice  =  50%
  2. Final Invoice  =  50%

Using one of our Value & Pricing Strategy Sessions (VPSS) as an example, here is how our Guarantee could play out . . . 

  VPSS - 1 Session . . . . . $550

  1.    First Invoice prior to session  =  $275 (50%) 

  2a.  Final Invoice post session, if very happy with value and benefits  =  $275 (remaining 50%)

  2b.  Final Invoice post session, if not convinced of value and benefits  =  $0 to $275 (you decide)

  Great News! We have not had a client yet who has decided to pay any less than the full balance. :)
